IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING OUR AGENCY OPERATIONS


​Due to urgent concerns regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic our agency will be keeping the doors locked for the immediate future and will limit person to person contact with customers.  


We will be reducing our hours of operation as the situation warrants.  This will be fluid and subject to change.  We have the ability to remote work from home with access to our e-mail and voicemail.  


​If you would like to make a payment with a check or money order at one of our offices please drop it though our mail slot—there’s no need to come inside.  You can also pay over the phone, either through our agency or direct through your insurance carrier with checking account or debit/credit card information.  On-line payment options are available as well direct through your carrier.  *If it is close to your due date or you are in cancellation the best option may be to pay on-line or over the phone as, given the uncertainty of the current crisis, we cannot guarantee we will be in the office to process your payment by a particular due date.  Follow the above link to "Our Companies" for on-line payments.  *Please note, you can always call our office to see if someone will be there to process a payment.  If no one answers please leave a message and will get back to you in a timely manner.


​If you need an insurance stamp on an RMV form we can take care of that through the mail-slot during business hours.  You pass the form through and we’ll stamp it and pass it back.  Be aware that the RMV has temporarily closed many branches and will only process certain transactions with an appointment reservation at the branches that are still open (Worcester is the closest one to us that is still open).  See the RMV's website for more details.

Additionally, until further notice, we are suspending our free registry service.  We will resume service when deemed safe to do so.

Please, if you feel ill and/or have symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, headache and/or fever, or feel you may have come into contact with someone who has COVID-19 do not attempt to have a person to person meeting with us.  This is for everyone’s benefit.
