IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING OUR AGENCY OPERATIONS


​Due to concerns regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic our agency will be keeping the doors locked for the immediate future and will limit person to person contact with customers.  You will not be allowed into the agency if you are not wearing a mask.


We may reduce our hours of operation as the situation warrants.  This will be fluid and subject to change.  We have the ability to remote work from home with access to our e-mail and voicemail.  


​If you would like to make a payment with a check or money order at one of our offices please drop it though our mail slot—there’s no need to come inside.  You can also pay over the phone, either through our agency or direct through your insurance carrier with checking account or debit/credit card information.  On-line payment options are available as well direct through your carrier.  *If it is close to your due date or you are in cancellation the best option may be to pay on-line or over the phone to ensure that your payment is processed by a particular due date.  Follow the above link to "Our Companies" for on-line payments.  *Please note, you can always call our office to discuss payment options and due dates.  If no one answers please leave a message and will get back to you in a timely manner.


​If you need an insurance stamp on an RMV form during business hours please call ahead so we can begin working on any extra paperwork you may need.  Please knock on the door when you arrive if we don't see you pull up.  Be aware that the RMV has temporarily closed some branches and the ones that are open now require that you make a reservation ahead of time.   To schedule an appointment follow this link:






Additionally, until further notice, we've had to suspend our free registry service.  The Worcester and Leominster RMV branches have temporarily closed their agent drop off desks and have informed us that insurance agents are not allowed to bring paperwork in to those branches on a customer's behalf.  We will resume service when they reopen.

Please, if you feel ill and/or have symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, headache and/or fever, or feel you may have come into contact with someone who has COVID-19 do not attempt to have a person to person meeting with us.  This is for everyone’s benefit.
